You are the perfect personal trainer for 6WEEX.

Your main task:

  • Leading inspiring small group personal training sessions with 4–6 participants and making every session a highlight.

Additional tasks:

  • Accompanying our members through the 6-week challenge—with structured support, nutrition plans, check-ins, and genuine accountability for results.
  • Ensure a strong studio atmosphere – through positive charisma, clear communication, and a well-maintained environment.

  • You bring enthusiasm to the table—and can motivate and lead up to 6 participants at a time in small group training sessions.

Our story

What began as a small studio with a big vision is now one of the highest-grossing micro studios in Germany—and we’re just getting started.

Founded by Cora and Laurens Kultschytzky – two industry professionals with over 20 years of experience as coaches, studio managers, and trainers. We know what works – and what makes good trainers strong in the long term.

That’s why we create an environment where genuine personal training quality meets genuine appreciation. At the heart of what we do is the 6-Week Challenge—an intensive program that helps people change their lives in a short period of time. As a coach, you don’t just provide training stimuli, you guide real transformation. Our studios are not traditional gyms. They are places with structure, clarity, community – and a genuine desire to change lives.

In 2025, we will launch our first US studio in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. More locations will follow. Because this is more than just a job.
