uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit [www.6weex.com] (the “Site”),
join a waitlist, book a consultation, purchase a program, or interact with our ads, emails, SMS/
MMS, WhatsApp, and social media.

2. Personal information we collect

  • Identifiers & contact details: name, email, phone number, postal address, device identifiers, IP address, cookie IDs.
  • Commercial & transaction data: program selections, bookings, purchases, referral codes, gift cards, in-club check-ins, order history.
  • Internet/technical data: browsing activity on our Site, referring URLs, ad campaign IDs, approximate location, session logs.
  • Profile & preference data: goals, interests, communication preferences, survey responses, notes you share with us.
  • Coaching intake information (self-reported): fitness goals and constraints (non-medical), schedule, experience level. We do not provide medical care and do not request protected health information (PHI). Do not submit sensitive medical data via the Site.
  • Communications: messages or recordings with our team (e.g., phone, SMS/MMS, WhatsApp, email), customer support notes.
  • Job applicant data (if you apply): résumé details, work history, qualifications, and related information you provide.

3. Sources of personal information

  • Directly from you: forms, bookings (e.g., Calendly), purchases (e.g., Stripe/GoCardless), messages, surveys, events.
  • Automatically: cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) when you visit or interact with the Site or our ads.
  • From third parties: ad platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention tools, referral partners.

4. How we use personal information

  • Provide, personalize, and improve the Site and our programs.
  • Process bookings, payments, billing, and account management.
  • Send transactional messages (e.g., confirmations, reminders) and—with your consent or as permitted—marketing via email, SMS/MMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Run analytics, measurement, and ad targeting/retargeting.
  • Prevent fraud, secure our services, and enforce terms and policies.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

5. Disclosures of personal information

We disclose personal information to:

6. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential (required to run the Site),
  • Analytics (usage measurement and improvement),
  • Performance (faster loading, A/B tests), and
  • Advertising (interest-based ads and retargeting).

8. State privacy rights (summary)

Depending on your state (e.g., California and others with state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing of personal information, and to appeal a denial. To exercise rights:

We keep personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described above (e.g., to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements), then delete or anonymize it according to our retention practices.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact [privacy@6weex.com] and we will delete it.

12. International visitors

2) Terms of Use (United States)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing [www.6weex.com] (the “Site”) or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts and accuracy

You are responsible for your account credentials and for keeping your information accurate and up to date. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Ownership and license

The Site, its content, logos, and trademarks are owned by 6WEEX or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes.

5. User content

If you post, upload, or submit content (e.g., reviews, testimonials), you grant 6WEEX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site and our services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited activities

You agree not to: (a) use the Site in violation of law; (b) interfere with security or functionality; (c) reverse engineer the Site; (d) upload malware; (e) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (f) use automated means to access the Site; (g) engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct.

7. Health & fitness disclaimer (no medical advice)

6WEEX provides coaching and fitness services, not medical care. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program. Participation is at your own risk.

8. Third-party services

We may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., scheduling, payments, messaging, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

9. Payments, renewals, and refunds

Online purchases and bookings are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., [Stripe/ GoCardless]). Prices, taxes, discounts, and promotions are shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or contract, fees are non-refundable once services begin. Some programs may auto-renew as described at the time of purchase—you can cancel renewal per the instructions provided.

10. Promotions and waitlists

By joining a waitlist or promotion, you agree to receive related communications. Availability, eligibility, and pricing may vary by location and are subject to change. We may modify or cancel promotions at any time where permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 6WEEX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 6WEEX and our affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law; dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Binding arbitration and class action waiver (optional; have counsel review): Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; class actions are waived.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, including for violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Program description: With your consent, we (or our service providers) send recurring messages about scheduling, reminders, and marketing.
